How do I place an order?

  2. You can call us at (631)265-6508 and place your order. You just need your credit card.
  3. You can come down to our location at the Smith Haven Mall, we are located in the Macy’s wing.

Can I bring my own items?

A.

Yes you may bring your own items, all artwork looks the best on white. We can do dark garments, but the price goes up and the time that it is completed is longer.

How do I wash my airbrushed apparel?

Washing Instructions:

  • Cold Water
  • Inside Out
  • Hang to Dry
  • Do NOT bleach

How can I receive a team or organization discount?

A.

Any orders with twelve or more items a discount is applied. The quantity and details of the order determines how much the discount is.

How do I go about booking a party?

A.

If you would like us to entertain your guest at your next party you can call the owner, Danny at (631) 297-4569. You may also email your party inquiries to fameeventsny@yahoo.com.

How long does it take for my order to be completed?

A.

The orders all depend on the amount of work load the artist have and the details of the design. Most orders will be completed anywhere between one day to two weeks. If you have a rush order that could be completed as well, with an additional fee.

We are located in 313 Smith Haven Mall, Lake Grove, New York, 117755. We are located in the Macy’s Wing.

What are the hours of operation?

We are open mall hours which is 10am – 9pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday 11am – 6pm.
